How long does approval take?
We review all submissions within 24-48 hours on weekdays. You'll receive a confirmation email when your listing goes live.
How does Featured or Premium work?
After approval, we'll contact you with payment details for your chosen tier. Until payment is confirmed, your listing will be live as a free basic listing.
Can I add my own menu or room prices?
Yes - you can add your full menu with categories, items, and prices in the submission form. Menu and room information can be updated by contacting us.
Do you take commission on bookings?
No. Guests contact you directly through your provided phone, WhatsApp, or email. There is no booking commission charged by Visit Sri Lanka.
What photos do I need?
Upload your photos to Imgur (imgur.com) or Google Drive (set to public share) and paste the URL. We recommend at least one high-quality cover photo. Additional photos improve your listing significantly.
